Delete your account and data

Link Dogs by Nature (DogLink) lets you delete your account and the data associated with it at any time.

Option 1: Delete inside the app

• Open DogLink and go to Settings.
• Tap Delete the Account and confirm.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email omer.atzraf@gmail.com with the subject DogLink account deletion request, from the email address registered to your account. We will verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials (email address).
• Your profile, dog profiles and photos, and food entries.
• Playdates you created, your participation in other playdates, and playdate reservations.
• Park check-ins and presence, notifications, friends and blocked-user lists, and push notification tokens.

What may be retained

Crash diagnostics not linked to your identity, and automatic backups that are overwritten within a limited period, may remain temporarily.
